Accessibly choosing colors

Hey all, I wonder if you know of a ap that allows us to accessibly choose a color. Like say we want to change the color of our desktop.

One ap I've found is rgb panel from Opera. If I'm understanding it, I can enter the hex value of a color and change the desktop color that way.

I have a great page save under favorites with a huge list of color codes.

Any suggestions welcome. I
